Unfortunately, now, I have a new torture device, a Dynasplint. It is a finger splint, which runs from my thighs for mid-calf, and it puts pressure on my knee joint to Stretch the. I have to wear it for increasing amounts of time and pressure on the knee every day. The first night I wore it, were extremely uncomfortable. I have found since then that it's best tip resistant to wear it while I am distracted-by Steven Tyler (on American Idol), or by work-although it is difficult to prop my splinted ben under my desk.
