Eat your way to a better smile

Secure, cigs and soda surefire paths to tooth stains, decay and working system foot evil, but it does not stop there.

Our smile is directly linked to our nutrition, says aesthetic dentist Jonathan b. Levine. "When your body is lacking in nutrients, it can display on the tongue, gums and teeth," he said. Focus on limiting their intake of acidic foods, such as excess, can undermine your pearly whites. Not sure how you do it? These checklist and what from Dr. Levine's latest book, Smile!: The Ultimate Guide to achieving Smile beauty, will help you smile like you mean it.
